SDS provides support for the usage of SDS 3 only. We do not accept responsibility for Windows, Network, Hardware, Firewall, Antivirus,
or Third-Party Configurations. Detailed Pre-Installation Instructions and Requirements are provided in this article for all supported network types.

SDS will provide assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosis as a courtesy but the burden of computer/network/application repair stays with the end-user. If your company is unable to make the necessary repairs of configurations recommended by SDS (for any reason) we will make the
corrections for you upon request. Additional charges will apply depending on the severity of the problem(s).
With the introduction of SDS3 we have noticed the need for extended training has dropped dramatically. A very extensive training manual and full assortment of how-to's that cover every function of the application can be found here.
As a courtesy SDS still offers shared desktop/telephone training to selected employees for a cummulitive total of 5 hours. Additional or group training classes are available at a rate of $750/Day plus travel / expenses.
